“No matter what you’re going through, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and it may seem hard to get to it but you can do it and just keep working towards it and you’ll find the positive side of things.” ~ Demi Lovato

  1. These photos have quite a nice contrast to them between the black and the white. Though sadly due to the lights in the tunnel, they seem to kind of work against the phrase there will be light at the end of the tunnel :/.

One idea that popped up in my head while studying these photos was, if you ever pick up photoshop skills in the future (unless you already have some), it would be interesting to see some color added in there. Basically add color outside the tunnel, and slowly it turns to the black and white as it is heading into the tunnel. Personally to me that seems to create a much powerful imagery.

    But really good otherwise :).

    1. Interesting technique. I really have to work on my editing skills. Just taking my time while enjoying it.For the past months I had a hard time juggling between editing skills and building this site, it was insane. LOL. But good thing the site is up now, I can focus more on my editing skills. πŸ˜€

  2. I do a bit of photography myself, and the photos which I love to take are similar to these. Where darkness shrouds over the horizon with a little glimpse of light in the middle. We never take any notice towards the surrounding darkness but our eyes are focused on the light, similar to how we should all view our life whenever darkness surrounds our minds. That little glimpse of light, which I would like to call hope, is all I can see and for me, that’s enough. Great shot!

    1. I’d love to see that β€˜bit’ side. Your words seem to put more meaning in a photo. I love colors but found more soul in black and white. Still exploring on it. Thanks snaphappygeek. πŸ™‚
